Tasting from 14.09.2022: Ulrich Sautter

On the nose: elderberry, blackberry and slate. A hint of pepper and a little "warmth", dried fig and milk chocolate. On the palate, the wine has an opulent suppleness and chewy, dense, but also ripe tannin, an expansive fruit, but also freshness, a ripe acid accompaniment and an impeccable balance. Very good length.
