Medium golden yellow colour, silver reflections. Delicate notes of walnut and candied grapefruit zest, white nougat, some hibiscus and marshmallows, and fine blossom honey. Juicy, elegant, fine acidity, mineral on the finish, lemony and salty aftertaste, easy to drink, a refined food wine.
