Tasting from 03.09.2013: Axel Biesler und Marco Lindauer

Intense aroma of grapefruit, pomelo and ripe mango. Ethereal notes reminiscent of mint and lemon balm. Underpinned by delicate honey and nutty notes. The dosage with a ripe Pinot Gris selection gives the sparkling wine a surprisingly soft texture and some volume. Creamy fruit with a rich melt and generous, fruity-sweet length.
