The white wine »Prolog« Cuvée trocken, vintage 2024 from the winery Weingut Dr. Baumann has been rated in 2025 by Ulrich Sautter with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Weißburgunder, Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling from the region Baden-Wuerttemberg in Germany.
Very ripe fruit on the nose with notes of yellow apple, pear, a touch of banana, a hint of almond and sweet pickled yellow flowers, honey and beeswax. Juicy and fresh on the palate, with plenty of playfulness and structure, it goes well on its own but also accompanies many dishes, from fish and poultry to pasta and white meat.
