The white wine Schlossböckelheim Kupfergrube Riesling GG, vintage 2021 from the winery Weingut Dr. Crusius has been rated in 2023 by Ulrich Sautter with 96 Falstaff points.
The nose shows vegetal notes such as lemon balm, cress and lemon peel, combined with a clear mineral spiciness in the bouquet. The palate is firm and compact, dense with very fine phenolics, accompanied by a very elegant acidity, with the tight structural element harmoniously and smoothly embedded.
