Tasting Notes
Rose and lavender - also honey candy. One is almost tempted to say: a Riesling in a Traminer dress. But the "stony" notes of the vineyard are not missing either. The palate starts rich and slightly viscous, then unfolds round and flavoursome with a touch of phenolics and rather mild acidity.
