The aroma triggers two different associations: On the one hand, there is a restrained floral, finely nuanced varietal scent, on the other hand, the wine displays balsamic-spicy tones that almost make you think of the white wines of the northern Rhône. Liquorice, herbs, rocks. On the palate, the wine is substantial and rich, but at the same time surprisingly "cool" and almost slender, the viscous components remain in the background, delicate phenolics and a firm acidity dominate the palate impression. The wine, which still seems very young, finishes with tactile mineral notes. Great potential!
