Floral nose of white flowers and fresh hay, mineral, cool and fragrant with scents of mirabelle plums and rose petals and a hint of citrus. On the palate a skilful balance between fresh sweetness and juicy acidity, lightly caramelised sugar and fine lime zest. Very elegant finish.
