The white wine »S« Westhofen Silvaner trocken, vintage 2024 from the winery Weingut Dr. Schreiber has been rated in 2025 by Ulrich Sautter with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Silvaner from the region Rhine Hesse in Germany.
The robust nose reveals typical Silvaner aromas with ripe pear and apple, apple peel and meadow herbs. The palate is compact and straightforward with moderate extract density, ripe acidity and supple residual sweetness, finely flavoured it reflects its provenance. A lot of wine for the money.
