Light gold with greenish reflections. Yeasty aroma, and somewhat herbal and spicy. In the mouth it starts rich and supple, then with a very dense mid-palate, concentrated fruit, concentrated fullness, subtle phenolics, intense tactile minerality, finishes salty and compact, kitsch-free and straightforward with nerve and tension, but also with fine palate aromas.
More about the tastingHerbs on the nose, apple and apple peel, dark savoury and earthy notes. Well-built on the palate, juicy, spicy and with phenolic entries, cultivated acidity, slender in stature, good extract. Well-balanced and thoroughly elegant "Sponti" with profile.
