Pale golden yellow, silver reflections, delicate mousse. Delicately caramel, nougat, white peach fruit, a hint of apple and meadow herbs. Fresh and full of finesse on the palate, lively and long, delicate mango nuances, mineral-salty finish, lingers, a complex food companion.
