An expressive nose, typical of Pettenthal - savoury and a little spiced. Juicy on the palate with a pithy acidity overlaid on a supple base of good extract of green apple and quince, with a touch of minerality forming in the background. Salt, then some pepper, also emerges.
More about the tastingStone dust, balsamic, asphalt, but also red apple, balanced and relatively broad on the palate, rich in terpenes in the background, rich acidity, high density, almost slender in alcohol, at least medium-bodied, but with powerful extract. Intense tactile minerality.
