Tasting Notes
Pale golden yellow with silver reflections. Aromas of fine white tropical fruit, floral touches, a hint of honeydew melon and delicate herbal savouriness: a somewhat restrained bouquet. Complex, juicy palate with white apple, fine acidity and delicate fruit expression in the finish. A versatile, well-developed food companion.

Powerful, yellow apple fruit on the palate with attractive fruit sweetness, well-integrated acidity, and mineral-backed pear fruit on the finish, will benefit from some further ageing.
