Medium yellow-green with silver reflections. The nose has a fine peach note, a little quince and blossom honey, then a touch of grapefruit. The palate is tight knit, juicy and elegant with a complex structure. Minerality, saltiness and a herbal savouriness lead onto yellow tropical fruit on the finish. Long lasting, with definite ageing potential.
