Restrained aroma, yeast, some mineral savouriness in the background, no striking fruit. On the palate, the wine has a fine mousse, here too there are clear mineral notes - both tactile and spicy-fiery - the acidity is lively, but despite being labelled as "brut nature", it does not stand completely alone.
