Spicy aroma, nutty, yeasty, macadamia. The palate is harmoniously balanced, with a mild, creamy mousse and a pinch of sweetness in a ripe, round body that is well supported by acidity and not heavy. A lovely aperitif, but can also be enjoyed with food.
