Tasting Notes
Dark berry aroma, peppery, not yet very open; a wood accent testifies to the ageing. After air contact also slightly floral, lilac notes emerge. Sweet cherry, too. In the mouth, the wine has a good volume and almost a little sweetness, the ripe acidity carries the mellow, coffee-spicy structure supported by the barrique. The final fruit remains homogeneous and intense for a long time. The wine finishes supple and full-bodied, without the slightest hint of breadth.
