Tasting Notes
Deep dark ruby, opaque core, purple reflections, a soft brightening on the rim. Dark berries underneath fine fresh herbs, hints of liquorice, blackberry confit, nuances of fresh orange zest, with a mineral touch. Very juicy, fresh berries, fine red berry nuances, silky tannins, an elegant acidity, salty-mineral notes and black cherries on the finish, further ageing required.
