Tasting Notes
Deep, clear yellow. Rather subdued nose, with aeration comes blossom honey then papaya, a mineral underlay, ripe citrus fruit and herbal spice. Dense and complex on the palate, vibrant acidity, rich fruit, texture, tension and balance. Great future, finishes long and fresh.
