Pineapple, candied pineapple, some shattered rock, discreet new oak. Compact and dense in the mouth, supple base, almost oily texture in the background, substantial palate, very well-integrated acidity, quite stringent, seems dry, firm acidity, mineral on the palate, robustly built, very great ageing potential.
