Tasting from 23.11.2020: Ulrich Sautter

Golden yellow in the glass. Subtle nose with scents of mirabelle plum, apricot and a touch of blackcurrant. On the palate there is phenolic and extract as well as the above aromas, complemented by lemon zest and a petrol note. Lively acidity leads to a good finish.
