Wonderfully fragrant on the nose, herbal savouriness, yellow apple, white peach, orange zest and a hint of wet stone. Finely chiseled sweetness on the palate, light phenolic notes, very well-balanced acidity, mineral savouriness, a little salt and a very attractive finish.
