Ethereal, savoury fragrance, with a bouquet garni, mint, ripe peach, nashi pear, cinnamon, liquorice. Lots of substance and drive, plenty of elegance, piquant acidity, gripping with vivid tannins, but without weighing it down. Finishes creamy and savoury, still very young.
