Spicy aroma, ripe citrus fruits, papaya, sweet mango, a hint of blossom honey, all with a mineral base, slate savouriness, delicate. Smooth and flowing on the palate, lively acidity, fine fruitiness, very balanced, ripe fruit, candied orange peel, good length.
