Tasting Notes
Medium green yellow. Fine herbal savouriness on the nose, delicate honey notes, a hint of dried fruit, tobacco-smoky nuances, multi-layered. Full-bodied and complex on the palate, delicate dark fruit, a hint of liquorice, very powerful finish, opulent but supported by a fresh acid structure, salty minerality, definitely needs some bottle ageing to mature itself optimally. A wine with plenty of "lard".
