Light yellow gold colour. Sweet apricot confit background with dark minerality, ripe peach fruit, fine honey. Extremely juicy on the palate, perfect balance, delicate dried plum flavour, salty minerality, shows fine caramel nuances on the finish, fine nougat and rhubarb confit in the aftertaste, great length, still needs some time to develop.
