Light yellow-green in colour. Fresh meadow herbs, a hint of Golden Delicious apple, a mineral touch and some floral honey on the nose. The palate is full-bodied, with juicy, ripe pear fruit to the fore backed by a finesse-rich acidity. There's some elegant, salty-mineral underpinnings too, with a fine orange zest note on the finish.
