Tasting Notes
Light yellow green, silver reflections. Delicate notes of meadow herbs, white pomaceous fruit, a hint of grapefruit zest, orange touch. Complex, full-bodied, tight-knit, elegant, fresh apple, integrated acidity, salty with pronounced minerality on the finish, still needs time, will benefit from further bottle ageing.
