Very pale yellow green, silver reflections. A hint of mandarin zest, fine white peach nuances, a hint of blossom honey, mineral, smoky touch. Lean on the palate, juicy, finely-meshed, fresh, racy acidity. Delicate, barely perceptible fruit sweetness, very well balanced, stone fruit on the finish, a cool but approachable Riesling style with a salty aftertaste.
