Tasting Notes
Medium yellow gold, silver reflections. Fine mixture of nuts, fig and a little honey, with candied orange zest and apricot confit in the background, a little more caramel with air. Freshly structured on the palate, subtle peach fruit, surprisingly light-footed, mineral and good persistence, apricot on the finish, decant one hour before drinking.
