Tasting Notes
Pale golden colour. Complex, with varietal notes on the nose, nuances of highly ripe grapes, apple, apricot, then also herbs, herbal bitters, aniseed and camphor. A hint of Ruländer. Very round and plump on the palate, soft, with mild phenolics and a mild acidity, buttery-soft and, despite its baroque richness, perfectly balanced.
