Tasting Notes
Pinot Noir, Dunkelfelder, Hegel and Regent show themselves in the "mineral dust"; ripe black cherry and fresh elderberry juice on the nose, also white peppery and slightly floral, just as ethereal. Compact on the palate, beautiful fruit expression, the tannins are vivid and ripe, natural and balanced in expression, fine, animating tartness.
