Rich, ripe fruit on the nose: pear, apple, mirabelle plums, papaya, elegant notes of wood, coffee and subtle hints of flint, with aeration, also fennel and hay. Creamy, lactic notes on the palate, a ripe acidity, yet firm and lively.
