It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Pfalz (Palatinate) in Germany.
Spicy and complex aroma: lemon balm and liquorice, floral undertones, lavender, grated apple. The mousse is fine and creamy, accompanied by a salty flavour, the acidity is firm without being coarse. A very cultivated sparkling wine that presents variety and terroir on a silver platter.
