Fresh on the nose, with a herbal savouriness, lime zest, green apple and freshly cut grass, followed by a touch of pear. On the palate, lively acidity, plenty of flavour, a fine texture and a delicate spiciness harmoniously rounds it off. An approachable style with good drinking flow.
