Spicy and complex on the nose, yeasty, woody savouriness, yellow fruit, mango, apple, apple peel, mint, tarragon, chamomile blossom, lemon zest, rock dust, iodine hints. On the palate good texture and drive, dense, juicy fruit, fine phenolics, mineral and salty, long on the palate.
