Tasting Notes

89
Tasting from 11.07.2017: Ulrich Sautter, Ursula Haslauer, Oliver Donnecker, Christian Frens, Kai Schattner;

Some red apple, but also licorice, tangerine, orange, immediately fruity on the palate, homogeneous and long, ripe acidity that carries the supple, wide-meshed phenolic body. Concentrated and dense, with very slightly trestery notes in the background.
