Tasting Notes

89 - 91
Tasting from 23.03.2022: Ulrich Sautter

Ripe stone fruit such as peach and apricot in the powerful nose, vanilla as well, pear, apple, apple peel and smoky hints, crushed juniper berries. Develops in a rather broad structure with juice and texture, an approachable character with sweet extract, but also the necessary depth, spicy acidity, fine phenolics, good ageing potential.
