The white wine Weißburgunder trocken, vintage 2024 from the winery Weingut Forster has been rated in 2025 by Ulrich Sautter with 90+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Weißburgunder, Chardonnay from the region Nahe in Germany.
Very pleasant nose that does not slip into exaggerated primary fruitiness at all. Walnut, apple and lemon zest, kept calm. On the palate, the Pinot Blanc is dry and light, again subtle in flavour, tangerine, but without strong acidity. A very nice summer wine!
