A relatively deep colour. Aromas of red apple, yeast and honey blossom as well as flint and warm, damp stone. In the mouth, the wine unfolds a light-hearted force, if you can call it that, a hint of sweetness underlines the fruit and prepares the ground for the draining creaminess of the wine. Ripe acidity ensures that the powerful structure remains balanced.
