Yeasty aroma, lots of red apple, quince, hay, rocky notes, freshly ground hazelnut, subtle vanilla and blossom honey. On the palate it is full-bodied and with power, smooth, creamy base, well-integrated, ripe acidity, mineral spiciness, also withstands strong dishes.
