Tasting from 30.05.2025: Ulrich Sautter

Peach, nectarine, apple and pear on the nose, apple peel, grapefruit, also some aniseed cookies, herbal, fine savouriness, malt, oyster peel. Slender on the palate, delicate structure with a refined, finely chiselled acid vein, citric notes provide freshness, juicy apricot, lime, straightforward, elegant Riesling with a spicy-mineral background.
