Tasting Notes
Light golden yellow with silver reflections. Fresh herbal spice, a touch of tobacco and tangerine zest, underlying subtle yellow fruit. Taut and tight-knit on the palate with white stone fruit, fine tannic notes, a mineral touch and persistency but still somewhat restrained, salty on the finish, will benefit from bottle ageing.
