Tasting Notes
Light yellow-green with silver reflections. On the nose there are delicate roasted aromas, alongside yellow tropical fruit, a hint of papaya, Golden Delicious apple and candied tangerine zest. Juicy and elegant on the palate, with delicate oak spice, fine acidity, finishing with notes of orange. Very harmonious, with good length and definite ageing potential.
