Medium yellow-green colour. Fine yellow peach on the nose, very inviting stone fruit, delicate yellow apple flavour, a hint of honey blossom, delicate minerality. Fine, creamy texture, delicate wood kiss, good complexity, already very well balanced, lingers for a long time, a hint of caramel and herbal savouriness on the finish, salty aftertaste, very good ageing potential.
