Finely cloudy, light amber. Herbal-spicy nose of lime zest, blossom and pear, with early apple, nutmeg, cinnamon bark and nutty notes, increasing bread spices and yeast dough with air. Dry, with fine sandy, clinging tannins and fresh acidity. Citrusy on the palate with crisp apple, long acidic nerve and a slightly wadded yeast finish. Very balanced and harmonious at 12.5%.
