The white wine Riesling trocken, vintage 2021 from the winery Weingut Friedrich has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 88 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Pfalz (Palatinate) in Germany.
The aroma is mainly characterised by apple notes, stone fruit such as peach and yellow plum also appear, an overall ripe and sweetish fruit. Well-balanced and calm on the palate, nothing is overdone, ripe acidity, fine sweetness, ripe fruit, the slightly salty finish adds another touch.
