The red wine »X« Spätburgunder trocken, vintage 2013 from the winery Weingut G. A. Heinrich has been rated in 2017 with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Pinot Noir from the region Württemberg in Germany.
This has aromas of coconut, cedar, and vivid new oak notes. In fruit it is more reminiscent of German than Burgundian Pinot Noir clones, which is complex and graceful, with almond, conifer, and juniper nuances. It is a delicately extracted wine with a soft base, chiseled acidity and discreet fruit on the finish.
