The red wine »T Non Traditionel«, vintage 2022 from the winery Weingut G. A. Heinrich has been rated in 2025 by Ulrich Sautter with 94 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Trollinger from the region Württemberg in Germany.
Bottled as a Swabian country wine. Subtle reduction notes on the nose with rosehip, lilac, clove, red cherry, cinnamon bark and cool smoke. Aiming to break with tradition and succeeding: lean, dry, purist with taut acidity and crisp, slightly astringent tannins. Juicy, with tart sour cherry and some aronia berries, it is straightforward and long.
