The red wine »T Non Traditionel«, vintage 2021 from the winery Weingut G. A. Heinrich has been rated in 2024 by Ulrich Sautter with 91+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Trollinger from the region Württemberg in Germany.
Fine reduction on the nose, cool smoke, dried herbs, some forest floor, plum, cherry, bitter almond, some blood orange, clove. Turns the Trollinger tradition on its head on the palate - and that's the program: rapid, almost merciless acidity, taut, ruthless in its cushioning, emphatically dry.
